NexBroad-Reach: SMS and voice broadcasting, built by the team that builds your software

Our own product, running on the same team and the same standards we bring to a custom build. Open the live demo below and check every claim on this page for yourself.

What it does

One broadcast. Every conversation. One shared record.

SMS and voice go out from the same workspace, every reply lands in one inbox, and every recipient's status comes back to the same report. The dashboard below is the live demo — sample data, real interface.

SMS broadcasting

Send to a list of any size over carrier-grade telephony. Segment counting is shown before you send, and every recipient gets its own delivery status back.

  • Segment count
  • Per-recipient status

Shared two-way inbox

Every reply lands in one inbox your team works from together. STOP, START and HELP are handled automatically, and you can add your own keyword rules.

  • Team inbox
  • STOP/START/HELP
  • Keyword rules

Voice broadcasting

Text-to-speech calls with keypad (DTMF) capture, so a confirmation comes back as a pressed digit rather than a transcription.

  • Text-to-speech
  • Keypad (DTMF)
  • 2 credits/min

Delivery reports

Sent, delivered and failed, tracked per broadcast and per recipient, so a campaign's outcome is a report rather than a guess.

  • Sent
  • Delivered
  • Failed
What's included

The parts around the broadcast

Each of these is visible in the demo's sidebar or dashboard.

Contacts and opt-outs
One contact list per organisation, with opted-out numbers kept apart from active ones — a STOP reply moves a contact across without anyone touching it.
Templates and scheduling
Save a message once and reuse it. Send now, or put a broadcast on the calendar and let it go out on time.
Organisations and teams
An organisation owns its members, its numbers and its credit balance, and usage is attributed back to the person who spent it.
Prepaid credits
No subscription. Credits are priced across seven volume brackets, in two currencies, with tax handled at the billing address.
How it works

From a contact list to a report

  1. Bring your contacts

Add the people you need to reach. Opt-outs stay opted out.

  2. Write it once

An SMS with its segment count shown before you send, or a text-to-speech call with a keypad prompt.

  3. Send now or schedule

The broadcast queues, and every recipient gets its own status as it goes out.

  4. Work the replies together

Replies land in the shared inbox. STOP, START and HELP are answered for you; your own keyword rules handle the rest.

  5. Read the report

Sent, delivered and failed per broadcast and per recipient, so you know who you actually reached.

NexBroad-Reach pricing

Credits, not subscriptions

Start free, then buy credits when you need them. A credit buys a message or a call minute at a fixed rate, the price per credit drops the more you buy at once, and unused credits never expire.

Credit packs

One-time purchase. No monthly fee.

FAQ

The questions that decide it

Two audiences read this page — people sizing up the product, and people sizing up us. Both sets of questions are below.

See it running before you commit to anything

The demo is the product's own interface, wired to sample data. Sending a broadcast in it queues real recipients and spends real (sample) credits — nothing leaves your browser.
