How does a custom project start?

With a description, not a contract. Email hello@nexbroad.com — or use the enquiry block at the foot of this page — with what you want built, the industry it sits in, and a rough timeline. We come back with questions first, then scope and an approach. Nothing is committed on either side until both of us agree what is being built.

Is the demo the real product?

Yes — it is the application's own interface, running the same components, wired to a mock backend instead of the live one. Sending a broadcast in it queues real recipients, returns per-recipient delivery receipts, and spends credits, all inside your browser. Nothing you type there is transmitted anywhere.

What can it send today?

SMS broadcasts with segment counting, and voice broadcasts using text-to-speech with keypad capture for confirmations. Replies to either come back into a shared two-way inbox, and keyword rules can answer STOP, START, HELP, and your own keywords automatically.

How does billing work?

You buy credits, not a subscription. Every account starts free with 25 testing credits and no card; when you need more you buy a credit pack once — from $24 for 400 credits down to 3¢ per credit at 50,000+. Sending draws credits at a fixed rate (one per SMS segment, two per voice-call minute, three for a picture message), receiving is always free, and unused credits never expire. Every 5,000 purchased credits also unlocks an extra phone number.

Can one account cover several branches?

Yes. Organisations are the top-level unit, with their own admin workspace for team management, credit approvals, and usage attribution across the people sending under them.

Who carries the messages?

Telnyx, for both SMS and programmable voice. Broadcasts leave over a carrier network rather than through an app-to-app channel, which is why delivery comes back as per-recipient receipts.

Field Service Operations

Reach the crew that isn't at a desk.

Technicians are on a roof, in a substation, halfway up a turbine. A dispatch change has to reach them without an app to open. Reach sends the job as a text or a call, takes the acknowledgement by reply or keypad, and shows you who hasn't answered yet.
